Medicare Wellness Exams

The Medicare wellness exam is an annual physical that aims to develop or update your personalized health prevention plan. During the physical, your provider focuses on your current health and disease risk factors.

He may also conduct a cognitive impairment assessment to look for signs of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. 

Annual Physicals

An annual physical is a comprehensive evaluation of your overall health and wellness. The specifics of your annual physical depend on your age, health concerns, and medical history. Annual physicals are available for all ages, including infants, children, teens, and adults. 

Sports Physicals

Many organized sports require a physical before you can participate in the activity. The purpose of this physical is to make sure you're healthy enough to participate in the sport.

Sick Visits
